Every website has it’s own set of challenges. The costs displayed on this page give a general idea of what you should expect depending on which category your website will fall into.
I know how frustrating it can be to visit a site looking for prices only to be told that you have to contact the person first. For that reason, the prices below are average costs for each type of website design.
After our initial discussions, I will be able to offer you a website design proposal which details all the costs, inclusions and exclusions of your design before we move onto the planning phase. The final cost could be slightly more or less than the prices listed here. I will always offer you the best value that I can for the work that will go into creating your design.

Complimentary Services
Setting up your first website can be confusing. Sometimes you need a helping hand to guide you through. I will help you set up the following for free, you just pay for the cost of the service as if you did it yourself.
Domain Name Registration
Every website needs a registered domain. Domain registration is usually charged annually. The cost of registering depends on your chosen domain name. I will let you know the costs and give you some alternatives should your domain be too expensive before registering your domain on your behalf. Once the website is live the domain will be transferred to you.
Live Server Setup
Don’t waste money on hosting while your website is designed. Only pay for hosting when you need it. I will design your website in a local design environment, only setting up the hosting when we are ready to launch. You still get the first 12 months hosting included which starts from when the hosting is activated not when I start designing the site locally.
Integrated Design And Hosting
Don’t deal with one person for your design and another for your hosting. I am the only point of contact you need. I am so confident in my hosting provider, the first 12 months hosting is included in your design package.
DNS Setup
If I register your website domain on your behalf you won’t need to do a thing to get your website set up. Everything will be set up and ready to go when you are.
Server Security
My hosting provider guarantees uptime and in the unlikely event that your website does get hacked it will get sorted for FREE. Most providers will charge you extra for this.
CDN & Caching
Complimentary content delivery network comes as standard speeding up your website without you having to download extra plugins while caching keeps your site flying.
Coaching And Post Build Support
I don’t just design your website and leave you to get on with it. I want to see you succeed so I provide complimentary coaching and plenty of post build support.
Post Build Support
I provide 6 months of post build support on all my websites. No matter what problem you have; technical, layout or content I am on hand to help.

FAQ – Your Questions?
I’m sure you have a lot of questions before we get started. Here are some answers to the most common questions.
Do I get an email with my hosting plan?
The hosting package does not include an email address. A Google Workspace account is cheap, easy to set up and can be configured to link directly with your domain. Details of how to set up a Workspace account are provided in your customer portal.
I don't know what package I will need?
If you are unsure what design package would be right for you please get in touch to discuss what it is you want to do with your website. I will be able to advise you which package would best suit your needs.
When does my 12 months hosting start & finish?
Your complimentary hosting package sill start when the site is almost ready to be made live. This is usually a week or so before the go-live date. You will know ahead of time when that date is and when it will be due for renewal.
How do I log into my portal for the first time?
When you choose a package you are taken directly to the portal registration page to register your name, email and company/brand name. Once you submit this form you will receive an email back with a link for you to set up a password.
Do I Need a WooCommerce Store To Sell Just Services?
There are several ways you can collect payments for selling services. If you would like to automate your billing and client relationship management a Business Design Package along with a Client Portal are ideal and I can help you set up your client portal if you choose annual billing.
What do I have to pay to get my website working?
There several factors that the cost depends on. My website design packages require a 50% payment upfront.
Domain registration costs are billed annually and will depend on the name you want but I can let you know how much that will be if you haven’t yet registered your domain. The cost for initial registration will be added to your invoice and payable with the initial 50% payment.
There is an annual cost for hosting your website. You will get the first year for free. At the moment the cost for 12 months hosting is £130. Hosting charges are reviewed every year like many things and may go up but I will let you know in writing first.
Certain functionality will require the use of plugins, some will be free while others will charge either a one-off or annual cost. I will let you know ahead of time what this cost will be.
The costs will be clearly written down and easy to understand in your Website Design Proposal in your secure client portal.
Payment for anything other than the website design packages (including but not limited to chargeable plugin costs or any other design or website services) are required before work commences on that particular part.
